Shipping Information
All orders may be air-shipped directly from our factory. Tracking information will be sent via email after shipment.
Discounted international shipping rates. The discount rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
International shipping originates from our overseas warehouse.
Please note: International shipping does not include import taxes or duties in your country/region. Additional taxes and clearance fees are payable upon delivery. Our international team requires approximately 2-5 days to process shipments. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, your order is queued and will be shipped in the order received.
Any items correctly shipped within the United States but subsequently refused by the recipient, undeliverable to the provided address, or returned to our warehouse will incur a fixed shipping/storage/receiving fee of $35 per item. Any international returns will incur a fee of $50 per item, with shipping fees non-refundable.
Buyers may report damaged goods within ten (10) days of receipt. Damage during transit is rare but can occur. Please inspect your goods within this 10-day grace period and report any issues to us. ELVISH is not liable for damages reported after this 10-day grace period.
Shipping Times
All orders are shipped in the order received. Our distribution center dispatches orders Monday through Friday. Shipping times depend on the distance between you and the order dispatch center (typically 1-7 business days).
All international orders are shipped from our factory and dispatched in the order received. International shipping times vary but are typically 4-10 days.
